How to Hide a Folder

Today we are going to tell you about something that might help you in hiding your data because usually we have something which we don't want others to access it for this purpose we usually thought that what to do..??
So,
Here is the method that how to hide your " Folder " from others who cannot see it or access it but still it exists there. But only those can have access to it who knows that how to hide it!!


Step 1 :
Go in to the drive form where you want to hide some 
folder.

In this case Drive is "D:\" and we have choosen
this folder " PDF Books " to hide it. So lets Begin..












Step 2 :
Right Click>Properties

The Folder which you want to hide press right click and go into its properties.














Step 3 :
This dialogue box will open.  (After Click)

In this dialogue box we have to tick some check boxes and remove checks from others.














Step 4 :
Unchecked <Read Only> & Check <Hidden> 
then Click !! OK

Unchecked Read Only Check because we don't want to read that file or we don't want others to read that file.And check Hidden because we want to hide that folder from others.
Then Press OK button.










Step 5 :
Click !! OK

As we have Checked Hidden and Pressed OK Button after this  a dialogue box will appear again which will ask you that do you want to hide subfolder 
or the files in it.
As we have to hide all the subfolders of that main folder so we'll press OK button.
Note : After this Ok you may notice that the folder has disappeared because now its Hidden.




Step 6 :
Notice that the folder has disappeared.!!
